Set in a sympathetically renovated Victorian townhouse with expansive views across the Kent Estuary towards the Lakeland Fells, Number 43 represents a unique destination for those looking for a blend of coastal cool and a country retreat.
Number 43 has been designed to please the most discerning of guests.
The Lounge and Dining Room have been furnished with a blend of classic lines, English Lloyd Loom combined with stylish crushed velvet settees. Beautiful oak floors continue through to the dining room, with period-style chandeliers completing the ambient decor.
All bedrooms are individually designed and furnished to the same high standard, contemporary oak, cool whites, comfortable Lloyd Loom furniture and Designer Guild curtains.
The contemporary en-suites have under floor heating, Christy towels and big fluffy bath robes, with exquisite toiletries from our friends at The Bath House of Sedbergh.
The two suites, rooms two and seven have unsurpassed views across the Kent Estuary to the Lakeland Fells. In addition to the king sized bed, they also accommodate a comfortable handmade sofa bed, and Lloyd Loom bistro table and chairs - the perfect place to relax, unwind and drink in the views.
This is a perfect and stylish getaway with wonderful sea views.
Why not hire the whole house for a special celebration.

1890's Victorian on the outside, but full of cool contemporary inside, including Philippe Starck objects and splashes of Designer Guild.
Coast Magazine
It is, quite simply, one of the most stunning views I have come across. Whatever the time of day, or season, right here on Lesley's doorstep, is pure theatre, the principal players - water, sky and weather - constantly changing.
The Guardian
This des res is so immaculately stylish and pampering that it may well inspire you to rush home and do up your own pad.
